03 / MEET THE TWO KINGS

Two of us.
One little coffee trailer.

Hi, we’re Tom & Josh.

Between us, we bring 30 years of hospitality experience and a shared love of good coffee — and the art of doing it right. We care about the details: a carefully made drink, a friendly welcome and making people feel looked after.

A year in Australia gave us a fresh perspective. Making coffees alongside Aussies, learning new things and experiencing Australia’s coffee culture added to our love of the craft. It gave us plenty to bring into our own approach to coffee and hospitality.

Our move to Kingston comes with a mission: to take that inspiration, combine it with our years of experience and build something of our own. Two Kings Coffee is how we’re putting that into practice — a little trailer bringing carefully made coffee, good food and a friendly welcome to the places people work and celebrate.

For Josh, baking is a way to share a little joy. Two Kings Cookies brings that passion to life through a fun, creative and ever-changing range of delicious cookies. He loves trying new ideas and flavour combinations, putting care and imagination into every batch. Whether it’s a treat with your coffee or a box shared with friends, the hope is simple: to make someone’s day a little brighter through good food.

We’re preparing to launch in Kingston upon Thames in February 2027. Whether we become part of your morning routine or join you for a special occasion, our aim is simple: coffee made with care, a warm welcome and a reason to come back.
