For workplace nominations, this may include the workplace name, staff numbers and any business contact details you provide so we can approach the site. Please don’t include payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

Enquiries are stored through our website hosting provider and sent to our business inbox using Resend, our email delivery provider, so our team can review and respond to them. We use this information to take steps at your request towards a booking and to manage our correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry information while we are discussing your request and for as long as needed to manage any resulting booking or meet our record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
